600 MHz Nitrogen

600 MHz: 15N-NMR

Frequency 60.8 MHz
Required Time  (xx pulses):
If it is necessary in order to increase the signal to noise ratio, the number of pulses can be increased. The measurement time increases accordingly.
4:00 h plus 4 min for changing the sample:
For each sample, not for each experiment, an additional 4 min (in addition to the duration of the pulse sequence multiplied with the number of pulses) are needed. . This time is required due to handling of the sample by the auto sampler and calibration of the sample (tuning, matching, shimming).
Spectral Width: -XX ppm to XX ppm

The given time for a measurement refers to a sample of rather high concentration. Often longer times for one measurements have to be expected.

Normally a 1H-15N-HMBC should be prefered, due to the shorter duration of the experiment.
